How long does an order take to ship?

Our production time is typically 3-5 business days from the time we receive the order. However, during the Holidays our production time can be delayed to 5-7. 

 

Can I order one glass, or do you only sell in sets?

Because of our packaging and shipping cost, we can only sell in multiples of two or four. However, if you are needing a certain number of glasses for say a wedding, please reach out to customer service info@clinkbarware.com and we would be happy to assist you with a custom order. 

 

Can I have multiple personalization’s in a set?

Yes, each order can have multiple personalization’s. 

 

How do I upload custom artwork?

If you have a custom image or artwork you would like for us to engrave please upload your artwork through our personalization tool. The images must be the correct file format: PNG, PDF, EPS, AI. If you encounter any issues or need any assistance please feel free to reach out to info@clinkbarware.com. 

 

What should I do if an item arrives damaged or with a mistake?

Unfortunately, glass is fragile, and mistakes happens. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team via email info@clinkbarware.com. We will get you taken care of!
