If you aren’t satisfied with any part of your experience you pay nothing. That’s our guarantee, end of story.

Breakage

Let’s face it, glass and crystal are fragile materials. In hindsight, we wish we would have chosen a less fragile medium to engrave your awesome monogram, but we couldn’t resist the brilliant sparkle.

Not to worry, at Clink we know a thing or two about securing glass and crystal for shipping. In fact, our packing department has been perfecting it since 1994. That’s right, our packing skills are old enough to drink in the US of A and some of our employees have been with us for the entire ride. As we’ve mentioned, it’s a pretty great place to work.

Despite our expertise, elements out of our control like extreme changes in temperature, mishandling, or a simple case of the Mondays can damage items in transit. These incidents are rare, but when they do happen we will send out a replacement as soon as humanly possible; no questions asked. If possible, we request that you send a photo of the package and the contents. This can help our staff determine the cause of the damage and fix any potential packing pitfalls.
